Munich Re US DEI Initiative
Role: Led a cross-companies team charged with defining the programming, messaging and employee engagement strategies for the D&I initiative. In partnership with Regional HR, spearheaded the "This is US" introductory campaign, intranet presence, employee photo mosaic, executive blog, videos, employee awareness measurement, pre- and post launch activities for the program. Designed campaign and communication strategies to the global organization's launch of the initiative and the "Do One Thing for Diversity" celebration of World Cultural Day.

Employee Sustainability Interactive Footprint Assessment. The user answers a series of questions and receives a score and tips on how to improve score. The tool also gave the statistics for the user's office and region - igniting competition between the practices and regions. More than 77% of employees used this tool voluntarily to register their "greening footprint" online. After the @theOffice module, a second phase was implemented for @yourHome.

Joint branding ads for the Powered By Motorola program. Similar to Intel Inside, the program was developed as an advertising and joint customer branding initiative that highlighted key Motorola customers and the unique role Motorola's components play in their products. Ads were assigned to consumer and industry publications such as Fortune, BusinessWeek, EE Times, and Discover Magazine.
